These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how UrgentSchengen.com, a subsidiary of Travnook Travel & Tourism LLC-FZ (“UrgentSchengen”, “we”, or “us”), provides express consultation and Schengen visa–related assistance to clients.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Important Notice & Disclaimer

  • UrgentSchengen.com is a private consultancy service.
  • We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority, or official visa centre.
  • We assist with visa application preparation and submission guidance only.
  • Visa approval, processing times, and final decisions are made solely by the respective Schengen state embassies or consulates.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

1.1 By requesting or receiving any service from UrgentSchengen.com, whether through WhatsApp, email, telephone, in person, or online, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (collectively the “Agreement”).

1.2 If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Services”: Fast-track Schengen visa assistance, document verification, appointment scheduling, travel insurance, flight/hotel support itineraries, and related consultancy.
  • “Supplier”: Third-party entities (embassies, consulates, visa centres, airlines, hotels, insurance providers, payment processors, etc.) whose services are arranged by UrgentSchengen.
  • “Force Majeure”: Events beyond our control, as defined in Clause 9.

3. Scope of Services & Role of UrgentSchengen

3.1 Agent/Intermediary – We primarily act as an intermediary with embassies, consulates, and accredited visa centres. The final decision on visa issuance rests solely with the relevant authority.

3.2 No Government Affiliation – UrgentSchengen is independent and not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, Schengen state government, EU authority, or VFS Global/outsourced visa provider.

3.3 Service Description – Our services include:

  • Schengen visa application form completion and document checklist guidance.
  • Appointment scheduling at the appropriate consulate/visa centre.
  • Travel insurance, dummy flight/hotel reservations, and itinerary support.
  • Advisory and concierge support for urgent or time-sensitive visa applications.

4. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old with the legal capacity to contract.
  • You warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Any misrepresentation may result in refusal, penalties, or bans by authorities.
  • You must verify all approvals before committing to non-refundable travel expenses. Support itineraries provided by us are illustrative until paid in full and confirmed.

5. Fees, Payments & Taxes

  • All consultation/service fees are non-refundable once we begin work.
  • Quoted prices are subject to currency fluctuations, embassy fees, and third-party changes.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods. Unpaid balances may incur penalties and collection charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once initiated, our service fees are strictly non-refundable, even if the embassy refuses your visa.
  • Refunds from third-party Suppliers (if any) will be passed to you after deducting our admin fee.
  • Embassy/consulate rules govern changes, cancellations, or reapplications.

7. Visa Disclaimer

  • We are consultants and not an embassy.
  • Visas are not guaranteed from our side under any circumstances.
  • Final outcomes are determined solely by the embassies/consulates.
  • Reapplications after refusal require fresh service fees.
  • Clients must attend appointments, submit biometrics, and comply with Schengen/EU entry requirements (including health, security, or COVID-19 regulations).

8. Third-Party Suppliers

  • All flights, hotels, insurance, and travel-related bookings are governed by Supplier terms.
  • We do not warrant Supplier performance, reliability, or suitability.
  • Any claims for damages must be pursued directly against the Supplier.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., embassy strikes, IT outages, pandemics, regulatory changes, natural disasters).

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the professional service fees actually received by us.
  • We are not responsible for:

    • Embassy or consulate refusals.
    • Losses from missed flights or denied boarding.
    • Supplier failures, delays, or cancellations.
    • Currency exchange fluctuations or banking delays.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrgentSchengen and Travnook from any claim, loss, penalty, or cost arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Submission of false or incomplete documents.
  • Any violation of laws/regulations.

12. Intellectual Property

All UrgentSchengen.com content, trademarks, and branding are owned by us and must not be copied, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.

13. Data Protection

  • We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable EU GDPR principles where relevant.
  • Data is used solely for visa processing and may be shared with embassies, consulates, visa centres, and insurers as required.
  • You have rights to access, correct, or erase your data subject to lawful exemptions.

14. Security & Compliance

  • We adhere to anti-fraud, AML, and KYC obligations.
  • We may request ID proof and decline suspicious transactions.
  • Calls and communications may be monitored for compliance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by UAE law.
  • Disputes will first be attempted via amicable resolution.
  • Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Dubai (non-DIFC).

16. Updates to Terms

UrgentSchengen may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
